When you see a Villain in Marvel Cinematic Universe, You will observe that he is not actually a villain. They are doing things for the good of their people or for the universe. Or some might bad initially but eventually, we see the good in them.
Here is the list of Such villains -
Ultron-
If you have watched Avengers- Age of Ultron. You might already know that Ultron was created by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner. It was created to bring peace in the world. But when Ultron start learning & start finding the reason for Disturbance he found out that major reason for the disturbance in the world is because of Humans. 'So to bring peace in the world, Humans needs to die.' That was his aim. To kill Humans. He just wanted peace in the world. He gets called a villain just because his way was wrong, but the purpose was Good.
Killmonger-
Killmonger, Villain of Black Panther movie. Really? Think or better watch the movie poster featuring Killmonger. It says "His People's Rage!" He always lived out of Wakanda. Wakanda is part of Africa. He saw that in outer world African are not get treated well. They get humiliated. He knew that Wakanda have enough power & Technology to make the whole world bow down to it. That is why he wanted to rule Wakanda. So he can show off his powers to the world. Wanted to make them realize that they are not meant to be humiliated. Now tell, What is wrong in his purpose? He just wanted his people's should get as much respect as others. Just his way was wrong.
Thanos-
The only villain who defeated the Avengers. The only Alien who wield all six infinity stones. Most powerful alien in MCU right now. He already has wiped out half of the universe. But Why he did that? Just because he saw the future. Where there would be limited sources & consumers are just a lot. The whole universe will be unbalanced and In the End - Everything will finish. It would have been so painful. This is his thoughts. So to bring balance in Universe he decided to wipe out half of the universe. So there will be no imbalance.
Along with them-
There was Loki, who was Villain for Avengers. But with time he had changed and In Infinity War he had tried to kill most powerful alien Thanos for the love of his brother and Asgardian people.
Even the latest Villains of MCU- Skrulls are not villains. They were fighting for their own people.
